Host Your Event at Nova Noir Studios

Nova Noir Studios is a one-of-a-kind setting for your private celebration.

Our space features ten 20-foot poles, a 1,600-square-foot hardwood floor, a performance stage, dynamic lighting and sound, and abundant parking for guests. It’s the perfect environment for bachelorettes, birthdays, divorces, corporate team-building, or a night out with your closest friends.

This is your chance to explore movement, expression, and confidence in a beautiful, private atmosphere.

Each 90-minute event includes exclusive use of the studio and guidance from one or more of our instructors, depending on your group size. You’ll learn a short, empowering dance sequence and share an unforgettable experience together.

Our Nova Noir Boutique is open before and after your event, featuring pole shoes, apparel, lingerie, and gifts that celebrate beauty, movement, and self-expression.

Shoes & Attire

✨ Outside shoes are not permitted on the studio floors.
We provide complimentary stilettos for your group, and our boutique carries a curated selection available for purchase or gifting.

✨ Attire:
Wear clothing that makes you feel confident and allows full range of motion — shorts or leggings, a tank or fitted top, anything that moves with you. Avoid jewelry such as rings, bracelets, and watches to protect the poles and your skin. Please skip lotion on the day of your event to maintain pole grip.

Photos & Videos

Photos are welcome at the end of your party. For privacy and safety, video recording is not permitted during instruction or performance.

Guests & Eligibility

All guests must be 18 or older. Please arrive on time but not earlier than your scheduled start, as other classes or events may be in progress before your session.

Timing

Your party runs for 90 minutes, beginning at the reserved time.
For example, a 5:00 PM start ends at 6:30 PM unless additional time is booked.
Late arrivals shorten your reserved time, so we encourage promptness.

If you’d like to extend your session for gifts, photos, or refreshments, additional time can be added for $60 per 30 minutes when arranged in advance.

Pricing

  • $360 for up to 8 guests (90 minutes)

  • $40 per additional guest after the first 8

  • Parties can range from 3 to 18 guests

  • Every attendee, whether dancing or observing, is included in the headcount

A full payment secures your date, time, and instructor.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cancel at least 8 days before your event, your payment can be transferred to a new date within 3 months, subject to availability. You may reschedule once.

If you cancel within 7 days of your event, no refunds will be given.
